For example, product development is a continuous ongoing process at HIRO LIFT all components and materials are meticulously selected after extensive testing at both the plant in Bielefeld and also at carefully selected customer sites. Consequently, we make the stair lift guide rails out of ground stainless steel tubes and our drive rollers from a specially developed wear resistant elastomer Vulkollan, a material developed by Bayer AG that has been used effectively for decades in varying industrial applications. For you the customer this means efficient operation and extended service life.

Every stair case is different and therefore to achieve the best solution we have developed our photogrammetry measuring system which enables our engineers to precisely measure your stair case to a level of accuracy not possible when using manual techniques. The data is then passed on electronically to our design department who prepare detailed site drawings of the stair case which can then be transmitted directly to our rail bending machines in our plant. Seamless use of technology resulting in the perfectly fitting rail system first time every time.
