Help on file formats

• Video files:
  On some pages we provide video files in Windows Media format or in Adobe Flash format. To watch the videos you will need either Microsoft Windows Media Player or Adobe Flash Player. If these are not installed on your computer, you can download them from the following web pages. Follow the software company’s installation instructions.

• Flash:
  Some pages contain Flash animations or videos. If you have not installed the version required to view these images, you can download these for free from the software manufacturer Adobe’s website. Follow the software company’s installation instructions.

• PDF-files
  Some files are provided with their original layout in the cross-platform PDF format. You can view these files online or save them on your computer. To open these files you will need Acrobat Reader, which you can download free of charge from the software manufacturer Adobe’s website. Follow the software company’s installation instructions.

• ZIP-files
  Occasionally you will find ZIP files on our website, which you can download. ZIP files are archives, in which large volumes of data are compressed. These files have the file extension “.zip”. To open, or “unzip” the files, you will need a ZIP program such as WinZip, for example. This program decompresses the ZIP files and you can then access the data files in the usual way.
