HIRO Prestige - the machine-room-less passenger lift for the private home

With this special solution developed by HIRO LIFT under the heading of design lifts, passenger lifts are becoming increasingly interesting for detached, semi-detached and terraced properties with two or more storeys or for multi user homes or apartment blocks.

The HIRO Prestige was specially developed for this market segment: a type-approved passenger lift that fits in all homes or apartment blocks that have a normal ceiling height of 2.5 meters and a potential for a minimal pit of 300 mm. If your property can provide these minimal space requirements then you can advantage of the added luxury of a HIRO Prestige which boasts all the advantages of a conventional passenger lift in a multi-storey building.

The space-saving, innovative solution for your privately owned home

The head room height and pit depth are designed to suit the conditions in the home. Building works are kept to a minimum; extensive conversion works are unnecessary. No breaking through the ceiling into the storey above is necessary at the top end of the lift, and no costly, visually intrusive superstructures need be constructed on the roof.

This is made possible by the omission of a separate machine room. The patented traction drive is installed in the counterweight of the car to save space. The car doors and landing doors are automatic sliding doors.
The HIRO Prestige offers its users all the advantages in their own home that they are accustomed to from using modern Passenger lifts in public buildings: the same operating controls, the same safety and the same comfort as lifts in multi-storey buildings.

A HIRO Prestige lift guarantees mobility for the home owner in his/her own four walls. It represents an increase in property value, increases the resale value and is also a provident investment with regard to barrier-free living in the third stage of life.
It goes without saying that a version suitable for use by the disabled, in accordance with DIN 18024/25 and EN 81-70, is also possible on request.

For new buildings and for retrofitting

The HIRO Prestige can be installed in an existing property or, even better, included in the design of a new building. It is usually adapted to fit into a masonry or concrete shaft constructed on site beforehand.
Special versions can also be supplied, however, with a self-supporting aluminum shaft frame.
All frames are suitable for outdoor as well as indoor applications.

Desired design with home-style appearance

HIRO Prestige is available in a variety of designs, shapes and colours, as are all our Passenger lifts. It can be adapted according to personal taste to suit the style of the house, be it the design of the lift car, the type of lighting or the appearance of the control elements that are under discussion.
